1. Introduction
Eclivionex LLC, a US-based company, is inviting proposals from reputed Indian manufacturers for the production of high-quality leather and PU-based products. We are seeking reliable partners to produce these items at competitive prices while maintaining high-quality standards.
2. Product Requirements & Quantity
We require the following items in bulk:

3. Manufacturing & Quality Standards
- Leather must be genuine, high-grade, and ethically sourced.
- PU materials should be durable, eco-friendly, and high-quality.
- Products must meet US safety and quality regulations.
- The manufacturer should have ISO or equivalent quality certifications.
- All items must pass third-party quality inspections before shipment.
4. Scope of Work
- Material Sourcing & Manufacturing: The manufacturer is responsible for material procurement, production, and quality control.
- Branding & Packaging: We require OEM branding (custom labels & packaging with our clients’ branding).
- Logistics & Shipping: FOB (Freight on Board) to India Port or CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) to USA Port (to be discussed).
5. Proposal Submission Requirements
Interested manufacturers must submit their proposals, including:
- Company Profile – Background, certifications, and manufacturing capacity.
- Pricing – Per-unit price breakdown, including packaging and branding costs.
- Production Lead Time – Estimated time for manufacturing and shipment.
- Sample Submission – Willingness to send product samples for quality verification.
- Previous Experience – List of clients or projects (if any).
- Payment Terms – Preferred payment structure (LC, advance, post-shipment, etc.).
6. Timeline for Submission & Selection
- Proposal Submission Deadline: 23/August/2025
- Evaluation & Shortlisting: 26/October/2025
- Final Selection & Contract Signing: 07/November/2025
- Production Start Date: 14/November/2025
